Abstract

Intelligent transportation system was used to improve the potential of infrastructure sufficiently and the efficiency of express way, so that traffic jam was alleviated in a degree. The design of intelligent transportation controller and more mearsures for comunication reliability were presented. The ITS worked properly proved that the design is rational and the mearsure for reliablity is feasible.
