Reliability evaluation methods for RF guided HILS system with uncertain index values

Abstract

To improve the development efficiency, RF guided HILS system is adopted to examine the missile system. To ensure the effectiveness of the simulation result, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability of the RF guided HILS system. Because of some factors such as measurement error and method error, evaluation index values tend to have uncertainty. In this context, the reliability evaluation index system is established at first in this paper. Then, three methods are proposed to integrate index expressed by fuzzy numbers, intervals, and stochastic theory. Finally, examples of index integration are given, through which the effectiveness of the methods is verified.
