Abstract

In this paper a fundamental method is presented for determining the reliabilities of tower structures subjected to wind loads. The method is based on dividing the scale of wind loads according to their most essential characteristics. The problem of calculating the probability of serviceability of tower structures subjected to wind loads is thus primarily solved.
