abstract = "A dual-polarized multi-beam antenna based on a reflector in the X-band is presented. The traditional horn antenna is replaced by a dual-polarized microstrip antenna to form the feed array of the reflector. Offset beams in different directions can be generated when feeds at different positions illuminate the reflector. The microstrip antenna realizes the miniaturization and lightweight of the feed array, thanks to its small size and light weight. Simulation results show that the antenna can radiate both horizontally polarized waves and vertically polarized waves in the X-band, and in both polarization modes, it can realize a nine-beam scanning in the range of ± 5° at the frequency of 9.65GHz.",
