Abstract

The inherent mechanical noise is an important factor that causing misjudgment in Particle Impact Noise Detection (PIND) technology. In this paper, depending on the periodicity of inherent mechanical noise and randomness of particle signals, the pedigree analysis method based on correlation coefficient was proposed, to achieve the dynamic cluster of PIND signals and the recognition of inherent mechanical noise. This paper focused on researching the relationship between the correlation coefficient threshold and pulse recognition accuracy rate, furthermore, optimizing cluster threshold to analysis PIND signals with pedigree analysis method. The test results showed that the proposed method effectively identified and separated the inherent mechanical noise and particle signals which contained in PIND signals.
