Abstract

The sensorless control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor is a research hotspot in the field of motor control, and the position observer with excellent performance is a particularly important part. In this paper, we first review the current mainstream position observation algorithms, and then propose a position observation algorithm based on a fixed-point nonlinear flux model, which proposes a variable gain model and an observer compensation model. Finally, we simulated and verified the improved algorithm, and fixed the algorithm and implemented it on a microcontroller. The results show that the algorithm has higher accuracy of angle observation, faster convergence speed and lower computational complexity.
