Abstract
Spot pricing reflects the marginal cost of electricity and no matter active spot price fluctuations or reactive spot price fluctuations will bring financial risks to users, so the relatively stable active and reactive spot price will bring relatively stable benefits for the users. Therefore, on the basis of the existing transmission rights the reactive power transmission rights is included, that is the proposed integrated transmission rights and is a more comprehensive tool to avoid the risk of price fluctuation. Moreover, in the forward energy markets, one auction puts forward energy contracts together with integrated transmission rights, and the auction is implemented by interior point optimal power flow. IEEE 9-bus system is employed to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
