N2 - The balanced armature relay has the advantages of high sensitivity, small size, fast action and high thermal stability. It is mainly used in the execution system and control system of missile and carrier rocket, and its quality consistency directly affects the reliability of equipment performance. At present, the quality consistency of balanced armature relay is generally poor in China, so it is very important to carry out the optimization design of this kind of relay. The main failure mode of the balanced armature relay in the process of use is the contact ablation of the contact system, the reason is that the relay in the process of suction speed dispersion is large, in which too large suction speed will make the contact bounce, too small suction speed will increase the arc time. Therefore, this paper adopts the consistency parameter design and tolerance design methods based on digital model to optimize the quality consistency design of balanced armature relay contact system, improve the consistency of suction speed, and reduce the phenomenon of bounce and over-long arc during the contact suction process.
