QSAR equation of 3, 7-dichloro-8-quino linoxylic acid and its derivatives

Abstract

The relationship between structure and activity of 3,7-dichloro-8-quino linoxylic acid was studied to find more activity and more mild weedicide. 14 derivatives of this acid were synthesized, and the physiological activities of these compounds were determined. The QSAR equations of these of compounds were established by Hansch method, showing that the physiological activity is linearly correlated with the parameters L, MR, B1, B2 and B4.
