Abstract

Improve performance management and evaluation mechanism is an important condition to improve government efficiency. The establishment of Assessment methods determines scientific validity of assessment in the system of government performance evaluation. This paper creatively proposed combining applies the method of AHP, DEA and EOS to make quantitative assessment of government performance, and then analyzed government performance of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province to verify the feasibility model.
