Abstract
Recent progresses on the research of plasticity and superplasticity of aluminum matrix composites and titanium matrix composites were summarized. The influence of fabrication methods and temperature on the plasticity and superplasticity of the composites was analyzed. Future trends in the research of these two metal matrix composites were anticipated.
