Abstract

The principles of High-tech industries development in Heilongjiang province are researched. By way of microseism element, high-tech corporation obeys some principles, such as corporation composition of its main body, corporation financing stratagem, government policy action. The industrialization in production of high-tech corporations must based on market-pull and corporation principal part principle, regard person with ability and core of innovation principle, circumstance and capital principle and so on.
