Abstract
Carbon tubules with diameters between 10-100 nm were continuously mass-produced by the floating catalyst method. Structural observations were made of the nanotubules by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Some features of the products were close to carbon nanotubules grown from carbon arc or the seeded catalyst method.
