Abstract

Nanocomposite TiO₂ particles with special structures were prepared by chelating-precipitation method. The microstructures different size particles were investigated with XRD, TEM and Raman spectroscopy. All the results indicate that the surface phase of particles is rutile and the internal one is anatase.
