Abstract

The polymer-metal titanium nanometer flake were prepared by high-energy ball grinding method and then were put up into coatings for high antisepsis performance. The products obtained were characterized by many measuring means. The anticorrosion performance of the polymer-metal titanium nanometer flake coatings was tested as well, and the anticorrosion mechanism was discussed preliminarily. The TEM result shows that the thickness of the flake is less than 80 nm and the flake is completely two-dimensional nanometer materials; the XPS result shows that the surface of the granule is basically coated by the polymer, its standard electric potential increases and the anticorrosion performance raises. The result of the anticorrosion performance test indicates that the coatings with the product has extremely excellent anticorrosion performance and the product has formed a compacted anti-permeation layer in the coatings.
