Abstract

This paper put forward a new structure three-freedom motor. The radical construction and operating principle of the orthogonal-cylinder-structure double-air-gap common-permanent-magnet three-freedom motor were introduced, and elementary analysis was carried out. The testing data of practical prototype was given, which illustrated the feasibility and practicability of the three-freedom motor.
