Precise rhodamine B distribution mapping with E-TPF and F-TPF

Abstract

We propose a new method capable of precise Rhodamine B distribution mapping with two-photon fluorescence (TPF) microscopy. Both epi-detection TPF (E-TPF) and forward TPF (F-TPF) is used for TPF imaging.
