Abstract

The critical resources capacity-balance is the crux of the production plan and control(PPC) for enterprises with large one-kind and small-batch production type. Aimed at this crux, a practical algorithm for network plan and control which includes the project network-plan algorithm and the critical-resource balancing algorithm is presented. Finally, the algorithm is proven to be effective in the 863/CIMS key demonstration project.
