Abstract

Large-piece OKP is one of the typical production modes of large enterprise groups whose production planning and control (PPC) is an important part of enterprise management. Based on deep study on various PPC mode, this paper presents a practical mode combining CPM with MRP and introduces the HEC-PPC system which supports the mode, providing for the PPC problems of Large-piece OKP enterprises with a feasible solution and approach.
