Abstract

This paper introduces a method of input shaper to suppress positioning end vibration. When the parameters of X-axis and Y-axis are inconsistent, the addition of the vibration suppression algorithm will cause the circular arc trajectory to be distorted and become an elliptical trajectory. A contour error compensation strategy based on the evaluation function is proposed. According to the results of evaluation function, the velocity feedforward coefficients of the X-axis and Y-axis are automatically adjusted and force the re-synchronization of the two axes to reduce the trajectory distortion. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experiments.
