Abstract
In this paper, we present the design of a portable microscope system (PMS) as well as the characterization and use of this system for (1) real-time aerosol measurement for endoscopy operations; and (2) characterizing performance, i.e., filtration efficiency, of different face masks, including medical masks and home-made face masks.
