Abstract

Two polarization-reconfigurable antennas realized by different liquid solutions are compared in this paper. In these two designs, liquid solutions of dielectric and metal materials were employed, respectively. However, the liquid solutions play different roles according to different design principles. In these two designs, both can reconfigure the polarization between ± 45° states. These two antennas will give full play to their brilliant abilities in wireless communication systems.
