Abstract

Photonic band gap in (Pb,La)(Zr,Ti)O3 inverse opals was investigated. These crystals were synthesized by self-assembly in combination with sol-gel technique. Scanning electron microscopy was used. Results showed that inverse opal possess a fcc structure with a lattice constant of 250 nm.
