Abstract

Shear flow is the main external condition during the preparation of polymer materials. In this paper, microstructural evolution and the size of equilibrium phase during different shear flow in binary polymer systems were investigated via phase field simulation, using Flory-Huggins model and Cahn-Hilliard method. It is found that shear flow greatly affected the microstructure of polymer materials, and anisotropy materials can be prepared by controlling the shear flow.
