Abstract
Satellite attitude control that utilizing momentum bias and magnetic control is a class of complicated linear quasi-periodic system. According to asymptotical stability theorem of linear time-varying system, a new approach to magnetic controller design is presented in this paper. Simulation result is given. It is shown that high pointing accuracy of roll/yaw is achieved.
