abstract = "In this paper, the parametric method is used to bring the robust controller into the excitation system and adjust the required motor damping according to the actual situation. Poles assignment technique is used to design robust controller, so that the states of the closed-loop can rapidly go back to the desired position. The robustness of the system is also enhanced in the presence of disturbance and uncertainty. Simulation results show that the proposed design method ensures that the system operates safely at the rated power, and greatly reduces equipment damage due to the overload.",
