Abstract

The realization of the parameterization design and assembly in virtual environment for Parallel Machine Tool (PMT) is discussed. Based on the analysis of the workspace of PMT, a new mathematical model of workspace without interfere is built and the parameterized calculation of the workspace is realized, which increases the efficiency of interfere calibration. The simulation is made for the interfere calibration of cutter path and real-time 3D kinematics of PMT in the process of machining.
