Abstract

Because the quality of image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography system mainly relies on the equality of the capacitance sensitivity field, which depends on the geometrical and material parameters of capacitance transducer, it is vital to design the capacitance transducer. According to the equality of the capacitance sensitivity field, sensitivity and the measurement of capacitance, we confirm the optimizing parameter. On the basis of multi-ingredient, we adopt orthogonal designing method to design the parameters of capacitance transducer, and achieve a set of optimizing parameters quickly. In the applications, the capacitance transducer made by the set of optimizing parameters can get the ideal reconstruction image.
