Abstract
Using an analytical method, this paper gets the mutual inductance between coil and workpiece in tube blank electromagnetic bulging. According to this, we obtain the optimum location of tube blank using coil and workpiece with different lengths. There is a good agreement between the results calculated and the experimental data.
