Abstract

Aimed at the needs and domestic present conditions, a washed red cell preparation set with autonomous intellectual property rights was developed. The machine adopts perfusion, elutriation and partial empty to wash red cell .The whole washing process is carried on in a fully close environment to avoid intercross infections. According to the clinical tests of the machine, the red cell recovery rate reaches 90%, and the removal rates of leukocyte and plasma are both above 99%.
