Abstract

Corrosion and fatigue resistance of composite weighing structure is better than metal weighing structure. According to moulding process of composite weighing and loading condition, numerical simulation was carried on this composite structure with finite element software. By analyzing the result of numerical simulation and static experiment, the model was adjusted and a better model was built which could accurately forecast the stress and strain distribution of composite structure under loading.
