Abstract

Based on the dimensionless deduction of nozzle coupled radiation-flow governing equation, the Bo number is determined as the key parameter which controls the influence of radiation on flow in nozzle, and the physical meaning is analysed. MacCormack's technique and MC method are used to calculate the flow field characters of nozzle under different Bo numbers. The results show that the characteristic parameters of flow field except Mach and pressure are sensitive to Bo number. The smaller the Bo number is, the bigger radiation impacts on the flow.
