Abstract

This paper reinvestigates the problem of stability analysis and stabilization for a class of sampled-data control system under variable sampling based on input delay approach. Under the assumption that the interval between any two consecutive sampling instants is not greater than a given bound, less conservative delay-dependent stability and stabilization conditions for the closed-loop continuous nonuniformly sampled-data fuzzy systems are derived by aggregating the interactions among the subsystems in a single inequality. An illustrative example is provided to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
