Abstract

Sheet metal hydroforming is widely applied in the field of automobile and aerospace industry for it's super flexibility, better qualification and low cost. Based on a type YX28-400/650C double-action press, hydroforming equipment is researched. Its overall plan, structure features of die sets with fluid inside, hydro-dynamic system, CNC system and experimental result are introduced.
