Abstract

As the objective things are complex and people's knowledge of these things is fuzzy, in order to reflect the subject under study more objectively and accurately by the multi-level and multi-target decision-making method and to study its extension in fuzzy environments, the operational properties of triangular fuzzy numbers are studied, the definition of possible degree of two triangular fuzzy numbers M1≥M2 is introduced, and its precise expression is given so that the value of hierarchic single sequence is changed from triangular fuzzy number to ordinary real numbers. According to the general target requirements, the decision makers compare every pair of parameters, express the results of comparison with triangular fuzzy numbers, establish the fuzzy judgment matrix for evaluation criteria and make a hierarchic single sequence and a general sequence.
