Abstract

Working out reasonable and practical production schedules and controlling them effectively are complicated problems in the single-piece and mall-batch production enterprises. Through analysing the main characteristics of the enterprises, the project structure with sub-programs constrained by the network graph of key parts is established. A mode of operational planning and controlling is presented which combines network planning with MRP. A MRP decomposing algorithm for sub-programs is also proposed and a corresponding example is shown. The MRP based on the proposed mode and algorithm is realized and implemented to the Harbin Electric Motors Co. Ltd.
