Abstract

The artificial tissue model always attracts scientists’ interest. Herein we proposed a simple yet novel strategy to fabricate artificial tissues on the porous polycarbonate substrate with the help of poly-l-lysine. The prepared artificial tissues formed a barrier between donor chamber and acceptor chamber. Using doxorubicin (Dox) and tetracycline as typical hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs, the artificial tissues are found to be suitable for drug screen studies.
