Abstract

To deal with supply-demand network with manufacturing enterprises and distributed customers, a multi-period, multi-objective production pinning problem with uncertain demand , production capacity and transportation capacity was studied. The decision variables included the production plan of each enterprise and the transportation plan of each enterprise within each period. The objective function included maximization of the total profit and the average satisfaction level of all products for each customer. Fuzzy numbers were used to describe uncertain demand and capacity. A mixed integer programming model was constructed firstly. Then, the model was transformed into a model whose objective function was maximum weighted sum of all objective functions in the original model. B-TS search algorithm was developed combining taboo search procedure and backward heuristic to solve the model. Computation experiments demonstrated that B-TS search procedure could effectively obtain solutions to multi-objective, multi-plant production planning problems.
