Abstract
After the analysis of many curve fitting methods to obtain phasing time scale by using instantaneous frequency and the advantage and deficiency when they were applied in different situations, such as with different instantaneous frequency, with different sample points and with or without sudden frequency change, a multi-mode curve fitting method of instantaneous frequency was proposed. Then its applicability to different situation was elaborated. Simulation results illustrate the correctness of the method.
