N2 - The problem of attitude control of exo-atmospheric aerocraft with thruster is researched in this paper. According to the characters of on-off control, multiple step design procedure is proposed. Based on model predictive control theory, a constrained robust attitude control law is designed, and then the on-off control law is obtained via output equivalent. To cope with the limit of minimum pulse width, an improved control law is presented. The proposed method is applied to control of rolling channel, simulation results showed that this control law met the requirements of precision even though disturbance moment reached ten percent of maximum moment, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed method farther.
