Abstract
To increase the communication capability, real time response capability and signal processing capability, a motor multi-protection test and control device based on Device Net field bus and dual-CPU is designed. On the base of analyzing the data trigger modes, communication connection, message types and other key technologies of Device Net, the object modeling and device description of this device are realized. And this device has passed test in networking. The device has all the functions of protection, measurement, control and communication. The results of dynamic simulation and test in the field indicate that this device can make precise judgment to every kind of faults of the middle voltage motor of 35 kV or under 35 kV and has higher measurement precision and better controlling capability.
