Abstract

According to analyses on the geographical distribution and the fundamental function of the monitoring and dispatching system of Harbin-Yilan long-distance gas pipeline, a solution to the monitoring and dispatching system in long-distance gas pipeline based on the same frequency digital broadcasting station is presented. It is more independent and more reliable compared with the solution of GPRS. The dispatching time periods for sub station sending signal, the overflow of command and data frame, the synchronization of command and data frame, and the verification of the data-transmission have been solved by drafting a time-delay protocol, setting up a big enough receiving buffer and a 4-byte head of the frame, and checking. Operation practice shows that the presented solution is correct, and the system operates stably, even in bad weather conditions.
