Abstract
The fermentative hydrogen-producing bacterium, Rennanqilyf33 was isolated and cultured by anaerobic cultures. Rennanqilyf33 was recognized to be a novel species that has not been reported so far. GeBank combining with 16SrDNA sequencing that belongs to Clostridium genus proved it. The accession number of GenBank was AY332380. The optimal glucose concentration is 12.5 g/L for the cell growth and the special hydrogen production, which were 0.055OD600 nm and 0.08 mol H2/mol glucose respectively. The optimal pH is about 4.0 for the cell growth and the special hydrogen production, which were 0.071OD600 nm and 0.10 mol H2/mol glucose respectively.
