Abstract
The problem of determination of physical and mechanical biostructures’ properties is considered as the problem of experimental AFM (atomic force microscopy)– data processing. For better accuracy of the AFM results, a modification of Hertz contact problem solution was proposed. This modification was constructed by the use of Rabotnov fractional exponential and exponential relaxation kernels. In this paper we present the analysis of application of the proposed modifications.
