Abstract
Considering the long range dependence and self-similarity of Internet time delay, a method is presented to analyse and predict the time delay by using wavelet network. The scheme uses feedback to learn the delay in the recent past and then predict the next delay at later times. The results of experiments show that this method is valid to predict the time delay.
