N2 - As a typical means of socialized learning, peer assessment has become a powerful supplement to traditional classroom teaching. However, due to the diversity of participants' educational background, personality, moral standards, and other factors, the learning community will soon differentiate into several behavior strategies: sucker, cheat, grudger, and so on. In this study, we analyze and define the major roles of adopting these strategies in peer review learning communities and propose three propositions of evolutionary stability strategies (ESS). Based on the concept model of peer assessment role evolution, through mathematical deduction, it is proved that the sucker is not an ESS, but the cheat and the grudger are both ESSs. Wishing to build a reciprocal learning community, we put forward two management strategies developing grudger-dominating ESS.
