Abstract

To solve the problems of poor flexibility, long customization development and implementation process, and high cost of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a quick development mode of ERP system based on Model Driven Architecture (MDA) was studied by applying the theory of MDA. In order to optimize and construct enterprise Business Model (BM) quickly, the concept of Global Model (GM) oriented to this mode was put forward. Then, the structure of computation independent model including BM and GM was constructed and GM modeling method based on the quick development process of ERP was studied in detail. GM, whose structure was divided by layers, included Global Business Analysis Model (GBAM) and Global Business Model (GBM). The basic model of GM was set up and elements were defined. Finally, graphical modeling examples of GBAM and GBM were constructed in order to validate the practicability and feasibility of proposed modeling theories.
