Abstract
An electrodynamic vibration shaker is the key equipment for vibration and shock environmental test and its model identification and estimation are necessary procedures for conducting study on vibration control technology and test simulation technology. Based on a dynamic-electrical couplied model of the electrodynamic vibration shaker, a system identification and parameter estimation method taking shock signals as excitations was proposed. The regulated shock waveform was formed by using model parameters calculated accurately. The results verified the validity and feasibility of the proposed model identification method by comparing simulation results with test ones.
