Model for value creation in mobile government: An integrated theory perspective

Abstract

Understanding of the complexities and mechanisms of m-government value helps to reveal applicable needs and expectations of the users for m-Government services. However, none of the received theories in and of itself could explain the sources of new value creation in m-government, attempting to find out the main value drives in m-government, this paper builds a theory model of value creation in m-government grounded in an integrative theory perspective in value creation management and information systems value theory. The results indicate that led to the development of the valuedrivers model, which includes four factors that enhance the value creation potential of m-government: efficiency, service quality, interaction, and justice, The significance of the research and future research directions are discussed.
