Abstract
30vol%Ba2Ti9O20/PTFE microwave laminated composite was prepared by using the technology similar to the powder metallurgy, and its mechanical and dielectric properties were investigated using three point bending and dielectric test systems. Its flexural strength and elastic modulus increased with the increase of sintering temperature in the range of 310°C to 400°C, and the highest values, 19.8 MPa and 3.7 GPa, were reached at 370°C. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composites showed that they have excellent frequency and temperature stability.
